StartYourBuildHere.ai produces preliminary design concepts, cost ranges, and planning information to help you think about a building project. It is offered by BuildOS in collaboration with HighCo Builders of Monterey Bay, California.
Nothing here is architecture, engineering, or contracting services. Floor plans are concepts, not construction documents. Estimates are ranges built from regional data — real bids come from real builders after a site visit. Permit and zoning notes are orientation, not legal advice. Always verify with your county and licensed professionals before making decisions.
Using the AI design studio requires a one-time payment of $14.99, which unlocks the studio and includes an allowance of AI usage generous enough for a typical project. If you use that allowance, you can add more at any time in one-time increments of $5, $10, or $25. All charges are one-time — there is no subscription, and your card is not stored for automatic billing.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Because the service delivers AI-generated results the moment you use it, purchases are generally non-refundable once AI usage has begun. If something goes wrong — a failed generation, a duplicate charge, or an error on our end — email support@startyourbuildhere.ai and we'll make it right.
The briefs, plans, and renders generated for your project are yours to keep and share. You give us permission to process what you share in order to produce them. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Costs change with markets; rules change with jurisdictions; and AI-generated content can contain errors and must not be relied upon as professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
By signing in, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means you accept them.
